Psychological care shaped by experience
Psychological care shaped by experience

Psychotherapy is a purposeful, reflective process that supports understanding, clarity, and change over time. It involves working with an experienced practitioner to explore patterns, experiences, and difficulties in a way that feels contained, thoughtful, and responsive to the individual.
We do not work from a single, fixed therapy model. Our work is psychologically informed and integrative, guided by professional judgement and adapted to the individual. Rather than focusing on named therapies, we prioritise how the work is shaped around you and what is genuinely helpful in your circumstances.
The distinction between counselling and psychotherapy is not always clear-cut and varies across the field. What matters most is not the title, but the experience of the practitioner and the quality of the therapeutic relationship. Feeling understood, respected, and able to think together is often more important than labels.
We work with adults and couples seeking private psychological care. People often contact us when life feels complex or pressured, when patterns feel hard to shift, or when previous support has not felt sufficient. You do not need a diagnosis to work with us.
Yes. Our work is neurodiversity-aware and adapts to different ways of thinking, processing, and regulating. We regularly support neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD or autistic traits, whether formally diagnosed or self-identified.
Yes. We work primarily remotely with clients across the UK and Europe. Remote sessions offer privacy, flexibility, and continuity, and are often well suited to people with demanding schedules or those living or working internationally.
A very limited number of in-person sessions are available in London and Chester, by arrangement, where clinically appropriate and availability allows.
We accept a small number of insurance-funded cases. These are intentionally limited so that we can prioritise clinical quality, continuity of care, and the sustainability of the practice.
The length of therapy varies depending on the individual and what they are seeking. Some people work with us for a defined period; others engage in longer-term work. This is discussed openly and reviewed as the work develops.
Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of psychological work and will be discussed clearly at the outset. As with all professional practice, there are rare legal and ethical limits to confidentiality, which are explained in advance.
If you would like to explore whether working together feels right, you are welcome to get in touch. Enquiries are handled directly by the practitioners, ensuring clarity, discretion, and a human response from the outset.
