Our bespoke well-being management training CPD workshops take a practical approach to workplace health for leaders. Being commercial minded we exam both conventional angles on physical and psychological wellbeing (stress management, exercise, stress) and introduce alternative health perspectives (e.g. mindfulness, meditation and alternative therapies) in a grounded way.
Our well-being CPD workshops are usually conducted on business / organisational premises. Training workshops are normally one day in length, though we deliver shorter and more in-depth courses.
